A Modern B&B on the North Norfolk Coast
Our B&B is just one minutes walk from Cromer’s Edwardian esplanade and the North Norfolk coastal path. Royal Cromer golf club is just a five minute drive away.
The B&B has off road parking in a quiet cul-de-sac. Visit Cromer lighthouse or the lifeboat at the end of Cromer pier. Cromer makes a great base for golfers, walkers and birdwatches. The town centre shops, eateries and pubs are short walk down the esplanade. The National Trail is out side our door.
We are dog friendly & have free off road parking
We have two large double bedrooms, both on first floor. In the sea room one can have either king size or two large single beds. The bathrooms are both newly refurbished, in a clean and modern European style.
Each room has a parking place for one car.
Sea Room
The sea room bedroom and ensuite, has views over the sea and Cromer town. The massive super king bed can be two large singles if required. The sea room is on the first floor.
Garden room
The garden Room, with its own private shower room faces south makes a beautiful light room. Over looking the garden and woods. Has a King sized bed. The garden room is on the first floor over the garden.
A wonderful 3 night stay at Briarbank B&B. Full breakfast was absolutely lush and guaranteed to see you through the best part of the day.
Sharon & John are two of the loveliest people we have met. They made our stay with our Jack Russell a relaxed one and they most certainly made us feel welcome.
Room was spotless comfortable and very well kept.
Located in an ideal area of Cromer with dog-friendly beach 2-minute walk away and amenities all within easy reach.
We will be back to Briarbank no doubt.

Guests can arrive between 4pm & 6.00pm and depart before 10.30am unless by prior arrangement
2 dogs are allowed by prior arrangement at a cost of £5.00 per dog.

We stayed at Briarbank over a few days for my birthday at the beginning of July. Our daughter and son in law and Grace stayed in a fishermen’s cottage in the town.
We had a wonderful stay with Sharon and John, they couldn’t have been more welcoming, lovely couple, fabulous room and bathroom, and wonderful breakfast.
Short walk down or up, on the promenade. Truly recommend Briarbank
My Wife, our pooch and I went for a long weekend away in Cromer and stayed at Briar Bank B&B and we can honestly say it was the best B&B experience we’ve ever had! The owners are lovely and very welcoming, especially to our little cocker spaniel Charlie. We had a delicious cream tea whilst enjoying their beautiful garden upon arrival, which is also where we had a 5* breakfast every morning which really set us up for the whole day! The location is ideal as you’re barely a 5 min saunter down the coastal path to the centre of Cromer and in the mornings before breakfast we took our dog for a walk in Warren Wood which was super convenient!
